Paris hit the pink carpet in an off-white plaid dress with puffy short sleeves, pairing the look with light pink studded heels.
She was joined at the event by her fiance Carter Reum and he gave her a sweet kiss on the forehead!
Her brother Barron Hilton and his wife Tessa also stepped out to show their support. Other stars at the event included Shelea Frazier and Maria Bello.
Earlier in the week, Paris was photographed with her sister Nicki Hilton at a charity event in West Hollywood.
