Gonzaga basketball star Corey Kispert is going to the Final Four — and no one is more excited than his biggest fan.
The 6-foot-7 forward’s gal pal, Jenn Wirth, posted a celebratory message on her Instagram Story Tuesday, after he helped lead his team to an 85-66 victory over the USC Trojans, thus securing their spot in the NCAA tournament’s semi-finals.
“Final Four,” she posted to her Instagram Story, which also featured an image of Kispert on the court.
Kispert had 18 points and eight rebounds in Tuesday’s win. The 22-year-old has averaged 18.9 points and five rebounds this season, according to ESPN.com.
Much like Kispert, Wirth is also a standout athlete, as she is a 6-foot-3 forward on Gonzaga’s women’s basketball team. The lady Zags fell to the Belmont, 64-59, earlier this month in the women’s NCAA tournament.
Recently, Kispert and Wirth celebrated three years of dating.
“The third year of Jenn lookin good and me taking pics of her went really well. Here’s to many more. Ily,” Kispert posted to Instagram over the weekend.
Wirth also posted a tribute to Kispert, writing: “Love and basketball (part 2;) 3 years later and each better than the last. I love you!”
The Gonzaga men’s squad, which is also comprised of forward Drew Timme and guard Jalen Suggs, will next face the UCLA Bruins on Saturday night. Baylor and Houston are also vying for a spot in the championship game, which will take place Monday, April 5.
Gonzaga has not yet won a national title, but last made an appearance in the 2017 championship game, when they fell to North Carolina.
