A pair of socks designed by two best friends have been named the ‘most comfortable in the world’ thanks to their unique makeup in the cut, the cushioning and the cuff.
Paire was created by Melbourne entrepreneurs Nathan Yun and Rex Zhang because Nathan was sick and tired of finding holes in his wool socks and wanted something that would last.
He and textiles expert friend Rex set out to make socks from a 50/50 wool and cotton yarn together, and their socks (from $19.90) have since won thousands of fans across Australia and the world.

So what makes Paire socks so special?
Firstly, it’s the material. Paire socks are made from a blend of Australian Merino wool and organic combed cotton.
