Good Morning Britain’s Ben Shephard recently showed off his figure to fans after posting a topless video on Instagram from his much needed festive break.
On the ITV breakfast show this morning, his co-presenter Susanna Reid couldn’t help but bring up a snapshot of Ben flaunting himself with his top off and shared it on screen for viewers to see.
The star felt confident as he later compared himself to James Bond legend Daniel Craig.

Ben went on to tell Susanna he was “relieved to come out alive”, as she joked about his “gammy knee” following an injury he obtained over the summer.
He then revealed that running in the ocean in the freezing cold was “biblical”.
As they shared the snap once more, Susanna joked: “For plenty of people it was a very good idea, I mean there you are,” however instead of Ben, a picture of Daniel Craig popped up onscreen instead.
Ben joked: “And there I am, the clouds stopped for a moment.”
The presenter then gushed over his similarities to Daniel Craig, who famously plays James Bond. Susanna added: “I mean frankly you can’t tell the difference between you both.”
Ben said: “It’s been said before, hasn’t it? Ahh so similar.”
The co-presenters last hosted a show together before Christmas, and it seems they certainly enjoyed their time away as Ben shared a sneak-peek into his break with the topless video.
Sharing the video of him sprinting into the sea to his 488k Instagram followers he captioned the clip: “Back to work tomorrow, was reminiscing about Christmas and I realised I didn’t post this!
“I’m not sure how yours was, but ours was v soggy, and that was before we went swimming” To be fair we couldn’t get any wetter by the time we got to the sea.”
As expected fans were in stitches over his clip and went straight to the comment section to share their reactions.
