The Baltimore-born anchor got his first on-air position at WALB-TV in Albany, Georgia, a few months before receiving his degree from Towson University. He began as a reporter before being elevated to Saturday evening anchor.

He relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to take up a different reporting position at First Coast News. He also worked for WIS Sunrise as one of the weekday morning hosts for several years in Columbia, South Carolina, as per CBS News. 

Then, he was appointed the morning and noon anchor for KPIX 5 News after spending almost four years in Orlando. He resides in the East Bay, which has been a home to him.

He is an award-winning journalist with the title of Anchor of the Year by the South Carolina Broadcasters Association. During his time at WIS Sunrise, the morning team also won an Emmy. Thus, he has achieved success in his career throughout these years and is loved by many audiences.
