Melissa Rawson has revealed that she has had a social media break to take take of her mental health.
The Married At First Sight star informed fans about why she’d been away in an Instagram Stories post shared on Friday.
The 31-year-old said in the clip: ‘I’ve been off social media for a couple of days, just been on a bit of a break’.

She was soon distracted from elaborating any further, as her boyfriend Bryce Ruthven, 31, was loudly playing and singing along to the theme song for the football team, the Melbourne Storm.
It comes after Channel Nine formally addressed the controversy surrounding the recent season of Married At First Sight.

The show had come under fire for some of the sexual content and claims of bullying and gaslighting.
In a lengthy letter obtained by The Wash, Nine apologised for the way the reality show made some viewers feel.
‘We sincerely apologise for any concern or distress which may have been raised by your viewing of the program,’ Nine’s compliance department wrote.
The network stated the views of the show’s participants did not reflect Nine as a whole, and that everyone on the show has access to psychological support.
