KHLOE Kardashian has fans convinced she underwent surgery on her nose and may have had extra surgery.
The reality star admitted in 2021 that she underwent a nose job, though she denies getting any additional procedures done.
Fans noticed the big difference in rare unedited pics before her nose job.
A post to a fan forum shows Khloe pre-nose surgery, comparing shots from a few years ago.

Khloe has struggled with body image issues over the years, previously recalling being left devastated as a child when she overheard her mom Kris Jenner telling a friend that she needed a nose job.
Khloe told British Cosmopolitan in 2013: “Words are the most powerful weapon, they can leave scars forever.
“She didn’t mean harm, but when I was around nine I overheard my mom telling her friend I needed a nose job.
“I was shocked, I hadn’t even thought about it. I’ve grown into my face but I’ve had makeup artists tell me, ‘You should get a nose job.'”
Fans are convinced the Good American founder has since had a second nose job, claiming her nose has been looking “tiny” in recent weeks.

The Revenge Body star shared a slew of birthday tributes she received to celebrate her special day.
Along with family and friends, the 38-year-old also got a special shoutout from her plastic surgeon, Dr. Raj Kanodia, who performed her nose job.
The famed surgeon posted a professional snap of his former patient on his Instagram Stories with a message for the birthday girl.
“Happy Birthday @khloekardashian. Wishing you another hundred years of health, happiness, and success.”
Khloe shared the sweet message to her own Stories, adding the caption: “Thank you for my perfect [insert nose emoji].”
Dr. Anthony Youn, a board-certified plastic surgeon, recently revealed to The Sun that he doesn’t think Khloe is being entirely truthful either, theorizing that she’s had more work done than she’s claimed.
Dr. Youn practices in Troy, Michigan and is known as America’s Holistic Plastic Surgeon on TikTok, where he has 7.8 million followers.
While he has never treated Khloe, he thinks she’s had quite a bit of work done over the years – but his favorite face tweak is the one that the star has admitted to getting.
“The rhinoplasty [is the best], no question. Her nose was quite a bit wider than her sisters’, and she’s gone towards now looking how her sisters do,” he said.
“Her nose definitely is much thinner and more elegant appearing than it was before. It’s shorter, it has been narrowed,” he added.
“Overall I think it was well done, it’s nice and straight.”
ON THE DEFENSE
Earlier this year, Khloe said that it used to offend her that people think she’s “had 12 face transplants.”
“I’m like, ‘Oh, my God, I have?’ I was like, ‘That’s crazy,'” she told Amanda Hirsch on her Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast in March. “I just couldn’t figure out why people thought that.”
Khloe – who is a mom to a 4-year-old daughter, True, with her ex-Tristan Thompson, 31 – once opened up about all the harsh comments she’s received over the years.
She told Elle: “At first, [mean comments] would definitely bug me, and I’m like, ‘what in the world?
“I would never take my time to shame someone or be negative. I only comment nice and positive things.
“At first, I would let stuff like that affect me. And now I really don’t care.”
